THE APARTMENTS

'Grosvenor Apartments' (New Delhi based), are the owners of two beautiful single bedroom adjoining apartments. Ground floor location allows easy access to the apartments, particularly for our elderly customers. Aesthetically designed, tastefully furnished and fully air conditioned, the apartments offer 5 Star quality accommodation and service at highly affordable prices - in short, we give you real value for your money. Each apartment has a bedroom with attached bath, a living cum dining room (with a kitchenette area) and two balconies. The Two apartments can also be used together as one set (inter-linking doors open), which is ideal for a family of more than 4 members. Each apartment offers the following :

THE NEAREST STRETCH OF BEACH

The nearest stretch of beach is around 500 metres away from the resort - a leisurely 12 minute walk along a tarred road and then along a public path. This stretch of beach is relatively more private and quiet as compared to the regular Calangute beach, which is around 500 metres away due north. The beach has a number of quaint bars and restaurants dotted along the coastline, largely built under shacks, which serve a variety of exciting items, with prices which are extremely reasonable.

TERMS

1. The Rates quoted above are for one Apartment per night.
2. IMPORTANT: The Rental Rates per Apartment per night above apply to a family / group consisting of a couple with 2 children (12 years of age and below), that is, a maximum of 4 persons (2 Adults and 2 children) per Apartment. In case this group requiring 1 Apartment consists of 3 adults (1 additional adult), 2 Apartments will need to be rented and not 1. In case just 1 Apartment is available at this time, the supplementary charge levied will be Rs. 1000 per additional adult per night per Apartment. Similarly a supplementary charge for a third child within a family / group wanting 1 Apartment will be Rs. 500 per additional child per night per Apartment. It is therefore important that the composition of a group (adults / children and their ages separately) is accurately conveyed by a Customer to the reservation authorities at the time a reservation is made. No additional people will be allowed to enter an Apartment once reservation for a given number of persons (adults / children) is made and full payment is received
3. Attractive discounts are offered for long stay (7 Nights / 8 Days and above) guest groups using both the apartments as a set.
